ACORD Homeowner Application Instructions


How To Use This Feature

The ACORD Application will open in a new window and allow you to complete the application online. There are several fields on the form that Turner doesn't require. Please contact your customer service representative to get a list of those fields.

At the top of the ACORD application viewer are several options which are explained below. You SHOULD (at a minimum) SAVE the document to your computer once complete and before emailing it to Turner Companies.

If this is your first time on the ACORD Application page, you might want to start with the ACORD Instruction page and view the video.

Options

 

  • Save: Allows you to save a copy to your local computer. This is highly recommended and should be done before you attempt to Print, Fax or Email the application.

  • Print: Allows you to Print a copy on your local printer for your records.

  • Fax: (If Fax software installed on your computer) Allows you to send the completed application as a fax.

  • Email: Allows you to send the completed application to Turner Companies as an attachment. Please note, you should Save a copy to your local computer first.

  • Instructions: Opens a new web page in your browser with instructions on completing the application. Please note this feature assumes you use Internet Explorer as your default Web Browser.

  • Next: Click here to move to the next page in the application. Please note there are a total of four pages in the application
