| What I hope to accomplish

| This document will present the formal change requests, current status, and suggestions that I have for your web-site. I hope that you will spend a little time reading and reviewing this each time I send a new copy as this is where I add my notes and thoughts as I am working or exploring your system. This will also help you understand where we are within a given process by telling you what has been done, what remains and what is awaiting authorization.

| I understand the goal of your business is to do more (productivity), with less (expense). Basic economics. I keep this in mind each time we look to make a change (in any program/process that we support for you, not just the web-site). I hope that a dialog between us of business processes, staffing requirements and market trends can continue to yield new ideas to do more with less.
