Summary

This change request represents several changes all made to the same page, Dwelling Fire Quote Request. Basically the "Rater" should emulate the Homeowner 20K - 150K rater. The current page uses a different set of Territories and should be changed to use the same territory list as Homeowner and the rates adjusted accordingly.
