Summary

Reduce the time it takes an Agent to complete a Request for Quote. This Change Request approves reducing the number of fields an Agent is required to complete to the minimum fields needed in order to provide the Quote.

Suggestion

The web page should be better organized and take advantage of drop down boxes with prefilled selections (such as County name which can preset the Territory).
